With over 25 years of experience in childhood education, Lydia Cruz is on a mission to facilitate the development of future men and women of God. With a background in special needs instruction, Ms. Cruz is sensitive to the individual needs of the students in her care and seeks to see them become the very best version of themselves. She knows that while one plants, and another waters, it is God who ultimately provides increase. Such is her approach to education and she subsequently views her work as an investment in future leaders. She is an active participant of local ministries that focus on women and children. She is also nearing the completion of her fourth year of Bible Institute. Her selfless dedication to the academic instruction of preschool age children make her a fine example of the values we seek to instill at Leaders of tomorrow Early Learning Academy.
