Our President, Jack Ramos, wears many hats at Leaders of Tomorrow Early Learning Academy. He is an educator, an ordained chaplain, club coordinator and the director of our Summer Camp Program. He has over 12 years of experience in the field of education and is committed to both the academic and spiritual development of every student he comes into contact with. He holds degrees in the fields of Biblical and Educational Counseling in addition to a degree in Elementary School Education. He is also an accomplished author and artist that has created popular Christian comic books.  Mr. Ramos is primarily interested in seeing children love Jesus and come to an understanding of His salvific work on the cross. He loves the work he does and often makes note of the fact that there is nowhere he would rather be other than Leaders of Tomorrow Early Learning Academy.

A follower of Christ, a wife, a mother, an ordained minister, a businesswoman  and a true visionary in the discipline of education, Dr. Andujar has spent decades committed to the services of childcare and academic instruction. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of education and her humanitarian efforts extend themselves to both local and global communities. Her vision is one that joins the Christian mission and uncompromised truth of the Gospel with leadership as a service to the most vulnerable among us. She has been recognized as a public advocate on multiple occasions for her involvement in mentoring and volunteerism. No stranger to adversity, Dr. Andujar gives testimony to the goodness of God and His kindness towards those who strive to honor Him in all of their ways. Her fierce commitment to the Gospel and to the instruction and well-being of children embodies the core mission of Leaders of Tomorrow Early Learning Academy.

With over 25 years of experience in childhood education, Lydia Cruz is on a mission to facilitate the development of future men and women of God. With a background in special needs instruction, Ms. Cruz is sensitive to the individual needs of the students in her care and seeks to see them become the very best version of themselves. She knows that while one plants, and another waters, it is God who ultimately provides increase. Such is her approach to education and she subsequently views her work as an investment in future leaders. She is an active participant of local ministries that focus on women and children. She is also nearing the completion of her fourth year of Bible Institute. Her selfless dedication to the academic instruction of preschool age children  make her a fine example of the values we seek to instill at Leaders of tomorrow Early Learning Academy.
